Message to Attackers

ADDRESS TO PERSONS WHO INTEND TO HARM THE COMPANY, ITS CLIENTS, PARTNERS, OR ASSOCIATED PERSONS

PRIVATE INTELLIGENCE COMPANY “UKRROZSHUKINFO” hereby officially declares and warns as follows:

Our company, operating under the USI company brand:

• is officially registered in full compliance with the legislation of Ukraine;
• provides direct links on its website to all identification details of the owner and the legal entity;
• lawfully carries out professional activities in the fields of private investigations, private intelligence, corporate security, security consulting, analytical support, and the provision of services to legal entities and individuals.

Any attempts to unlawfully interfere with the activities of the Company, involve it in corruption or other criminal acts, exert pressure on its employees, executives, clients, partners, counterparties, or associated persons, as well as any actions aimed at causing property, reputational, informational, technical, psychological, or any other harm, shall be regarded as potentially unlawful influence, with all consequences предусмотрed by law and ethical standards, including the possibility of an appropriate response.

The Company separately warns that such actions may include, but are not limited to:

• unauthorized access to information systems, email, accounts, communication channels, servers, databases, technical infrastructure, or documented materials of the Company or its clients;
• unlawful collection, copying, interception, disclosure, dissemination, substitution, blocking, destruction, or distortion of information, including personal data, commercially sensitive data, confidential information, investigation materials, analytical files, and evidentiary data sets;
• threats, blackmail, extortion, discrediting campaigns, defamatory acts, coercion into corrupt acts, termination of cooperation, disruption of contracts, or refusal to carry out lawful activities;
• any forms of physical, technical, digital, organizational, or agent-based influence aimed at destabilizing the Company’s operations;
• causing damage to property, information systems, business reputation, evidentiary materials, business relationships, and the lawful interests of the Company, its clients, or partners.

The Company emphasizes that any unlawful processing of personal data, encroachment on confidentiality, use of restricted-access information, interference with electronic systems, obstruction of lawful business activity, as well as intentional damage to property, may result in civil, administrative, and criminal liability under the legislation of Ukraine.

The Company further notifies that, in the event any signs are detected of unlawful influence, interference, recruitment attempts, technical compromise, disclosure of information, manipulation, pressure, provocations, creation of artificial conflicts (including on the Internet), harm caused, or preparation for such actions, the relevant response teams shall implement the full range of protective measures provided for by law, including:

• internal recording and documentation of all circumstances of the event;
• preservation of digital, technical, documentary, and communication traces;
• conducting an internal review and/or official investigation;
• engagement of lawyers, specialized security professionals, cybersecurity experts, and other qualified contractors;
• referral to law enforcement authorities, courts, and other competent authorities;
• initiation of crisis negotiations, claims for cessation of violations, compensation for damages, compensation for moral harm, and protection of business reputation;
• taking other lawful actions to protect the rights and interests of the Company, its clients, partners, and associated persons.

Persons who mistakenly believe that pressure, covert interference, digital aggression, attempts to steal data, influence over clients or partners, as well as the use of intermediaries, anonymous tools, or front contacts will make it impossible to establish the circumstances of an incident, should understand the following: the Company operates in the field of professional security, investigations, and analytics and possesses organizational, operational, legal, and technical mechanisms for documenting and responding to threats.

If unlawful actions are already being committed or are only being prepared, the Company strongly recommends immediately ceasing any contacts, influence, intrusion attempts, disinformation, pressure, attempts to involve persons in corrupt or other criminal activity, disclosure, or any other actions that may bear the hallmarks of an offense.

The Company does not engage in any “informal negotiations” regarding the lawfulness of its own activities, does not tolerate corruption, criminal acts, blackmail, covert pressure, provocations, or attempts at intimidation, and operates exclusively within the legal framework, maintaining a high capacity to protect its own interests.

This address constitutes an official warning that the Company will consistently protect:

• its business reputation;
• the rights and safety of its clients;
• the rights and safety of its employees and partners;
• its personal data, commercially sensitive information, professional secrecy, investigation materials, and other legally protected interests.

Any harm caused to the Company, its clients, partners, or associated persons shall be duly recorded, legally qualified, and used as grounds for immediate and principled response in all lawful forms available.
